Spanish Representative for Customer Support

What you are bringing:
- Excellent command of Spanish language (native or professional)
- Proven customer service experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Effective Telephone communication and listening skills
- Focused on customer needs and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
What you are going to do:
- Outbound call management
- Identify and evaluate the needs of customers to achieve their satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team goals and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
