What you are bringing:

  • Excellent command of Spanish language (native or professional)
  • Proven customer service experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Effective Telephone communication and listening skills
  • Focused on customer needs and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively

What you are going to do:

  • Outbound call management
  • Identify and evaluate the needs of customers to achieve their satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team goals and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
