JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service and sales support, day-to-day online operations on the phone or via email.
  • Native or near-native Spanish speaker.
  • Have Greek residency, right to work in Greece or European holder.
  • Have prior experience at least 1 year in customer service, sales sector or call center. Financial services preferable.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent oral communication and listening skills.
  • Work in a team and independently as well.
  • Detail oriented and excellent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiar with web, computer wised.
