The Waiter will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality service and guest satisfaction. In particular, the Waiter has to:
- Welcome guests in a polite and warm way and promptly attend to their tables
- Acquire knowledge of the menu (food, beverages & drinks) the hotel offers and have the ability to present it, reply to questions and suggest appropriate options for the guests
- Upsell food, beverages and drinks
- Have the ability to resolving complaints and problem
