Network engineer-Μηχανικός Δικτύων ΠΛΗΡΗΣ

DATAPLEX is seeking talented network engineer to expand our NOC support team in Athens. As a network engineer, you’ll have responsibility for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining various computer networks at client sites.
Your regular activities will include:

•       Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving incidents via phone, remote assistance in a contact center environment
•       Creating a positive customer support experience and building strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution on escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a consummately professional attitude.
•       Performing multiple, technical tasks with a need to routinely upgrade skills to meet changing job conditions.
•       Using helpdesk management tools to log/monitor/close client problems & requests according to our policy and procedures; and
•       Performing administrative duties such as e-mail management and documentation.
Essential qualifications:
•       Solid understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite and the relative routing and switching protocols (IP subnetting, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP).
•       Installation and configuration of relative network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, VPNs, QoS, etc.)
Personal skills and qualifications:
•       A good command of the English, Greek language is necessary (read/write/speak)
•       Excellent overall verbal and written communication skills.
•       Excellent self-organization and self-discipline skills.
•       Team player, ability, and willingness to collaborate and work well with others (colleagues, customers), as well as contribute to the positive spirit of the team.
•       Ability to meet long-term as well as last-minute deadlines even while under pressure.
