Responsibilities:

Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
Requirements:

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Courier/Logistics company.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent listening, negotiation and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (Czech language is advantage)
