Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets in order to develop capacity and forecast plans
Applying statistical models etc. for forecasting
Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining/update databases
Deploying intraday-monthly reports on staff attendance
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Use of Workforce Management software for end-to-end resource planning cycle (Forecasting-Scheduling-Assignment)
Conduct other data mining, diagnostic and predictive analytics as required
