Ο κάτοχος της θέσης:
- Έχει την ευθύνη για τη σύνταξη απλών ή σύνθετων προσφορών, την κοστολόγηση των προϊόντων, την έρευνα για την οικονομικά βιώσιμη παραγωγή, καθώς και την παραγωγή πρωτότυπων προϊόντων
- Εξυπηρετεί το τμήμα πωλήσεων όταν υπάρχει η ανάγκη και θα παρέχει τεχνική υποστήριξη και συμβουλές σε υφιστάμενους και δυνητικούς πελάτες της εταιρείας
- Ασχολείται με την επιμέλεια και παραγωγή όλων των σχεδίων καθώς και την παραγωγή ψηφιακών απεικονίσεων προϊόντων (3D Renderings)
- Βρίσκει λύσεις για σύνθετες κατασκευές
- Συνεργάζεται με τους project managers της εταιρείας
- Επικοινωνεί με τους πελάτες και θα συνεργάζεται με την παραγωγή ώστε να γίνονται διευκρινήσεις σχετικά με κατασκευαστικούς ή άλλης φύσεως περιορισμούς

- Έχει υπό την επίβλεψή του συνεργείο τοποθετήσεων και θα προγραμματίζει τις τοποθετήσεις και τις επιμετρήσεις τηρώντας ημερολόγιο

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing implementation consultation and assisting during SAP Business One installations, upgrades, support and customizations
• Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients and team members
• Providing technical customer support through management and task completion
• Customizing forms and developing reports using SQL, Crystal Reports and other SAP Business One tools
• Build and execute Microsoft SQL Server queries, views and stored procedures
• Designing and conducting master data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One
• Preparation and execution of customer training for the required software products
• Collaborating with your team including other users, software developers/programmers, engineers/tech support, a technical consultant and a project manager
• Travelling abroad

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher education in Information Technology (IT), Economics or equivalent
• Understanding of basic database concepts and SQL language
• Accounting knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Willingness to learn and develop IT and project management skills
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in various SAP software products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Reliable and fair team player
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years working experience in ERP software implementation and business standards development consulting, experience with SAP Business One software would be an advantage

• Project management of the complete software implementation cycle based on the SAP terminology and standards
• Preparation and execution of customer training for the required software products
• Recognizing and addressing gaps between SAP Business One solutions and the business practices of the client
• Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients
• Supporting the preparation of the scope of work by providing task/time details
• Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports
• Designing and conducting master data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One
• Achievement of individual billable utilization targets
• Travelling abroad

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher education in Information Technology (IT), Economics or equivalent

Lead and supervise the work assigned to the team’s internal and external resources and partners
