Η θέση

Ο/η υποψήφιος/α που θα επιλεγεί, θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διαχείριση και την εποπτεία των αγορών/προμηθειών υλικών συσκευασίας και β’ υλών της εταιρείας. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, τα καθήκοντα και οι αρμοδιότητές του/της θα περιλαμβάνουν:

-Μέριμνα για επάρκεια αποθεμάτων όλων των υλικών συσκευασίας, Β’ υλών και λοιπών αναλώσιμων, σύμφωνα με τους οριζόμενους κανόνες της πολιτικής προμηθειών της εταιρείας
-Υπολογισμός και παραγγελία των κατάλληλων ποσοτήτων ανά είδος στους προμηθευτές
-Διενέργεια έρευνας αγοράς για την αναζήτηση και αξιολόγηση προσφορών από νέους προμηθευτές, σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα ποιοτικού ελέγχου και το τεχνικό τμήμα της επιχείρησης, όταν απαιτείται
-Διαπραγμάτευση, κλείσιμο συμφωνιών με τους προμηθευτές υλικών συσκευασίας, Β’ υλών και λοιπών αναλώσιμων, σύμφωνα με τους οριζόμενους κανόνες της πολιτικής προμηθειών της εταιρείας
-Διενέργεια της αξιολόγησης των συμβάσεων με τους προμηθευτές και μέριμνα για την έγκαιρη αποφυγή συγκρούσεων, ελλείψεων ή λαθών
-Εξασφάλιση της βέλτιστης απόδοσης του προϋπολογισμού αγορών σε οικονομικό, ποιοτικό και επιχειρησιακό επίπεδο.

Προκειμένου να είστε σε θέση να ανταποκριθείτε στα καθήκοντα της θέσης του/της Υπεύθυνου/ης Προμηθειών, θα πρέπει να διαθέτετε τα ακόλουθα:

-Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Μαθηματικών ή Στατιστικής και Ασφαλιστικής επιστήμης ή Πολυτεχνικής Σχολής (Εφαρμοσμένων Μαθηματικών)
-Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία)
-Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης H/Y (κυρίως Word, Excel)
-Αποτελεσματικές οργανωτικές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
-Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
-Ικανότητα εργασίας τόσο αυτόνομα, όσο και μέσα σε ομάδα

Η διαδικασία αξιολόγησης

Η εταιρεία μας εφαρμόζει συγκεκριμένη μεθοδολογία αξιολόγησης των υποψηφίων, προκειμένου να διασφαλιστεί η αντικειμενικότητα της διαδικασίας. Στο πλαίσιο του συγκεκριμένου έργου στελέχωσης, οι υποψήφιοι/υποψήφιες που θα πληρούν τις προδιαγραφές της θέσης, θα αξιολογηθούν με τη χρήση ψυχομετρικών εργαλείων (τεστ προσωπικότητας), Δομημένων Συνεντεύξεων (Competency Based Interviews) και Γραπτής Άσκησης (Written Exercise). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
