Ανακοίνωση  
Σκοπός της παρούσας πρόσκλησης εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος είναι η προσέλκυση υποψηφίων με τα απαραίτητα τυπικά και ουσιαστικά προσόντα και επαγγελματική εμπειρία για τη στελέχωση της θέσης του Διευθυντή Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου. 
Σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 192 παρ. 2β του ν.4389/2016, αρμόδιο για τον διορισμό του Διευθυντή Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου είναι το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της ΕΕΣΥΠ.
Η σύμβαση εργασίας που θα συναφθεί θα είναι αορίστου χρόνου.
 
Περιγραφή Θέσης Εργασίας  
Η Διεύθυνση Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου υποστηρίζει το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο και τη Διοίκηση της ΕΕΣΥΠ στην άσκηση των καθηκόντων τους και στην επίτευξη των στόχων που έχουν προσδιοριστεί μέσω του ελέγχου της ορθής εφαρμογής των διαδικασιών και λειτουργιών των οργανωτικών μονάδων της ΕΕΣΥΠ, καθώς και μέσω του ελέγχου εφαρμογής αποτελεσματικών συστημάτων και διαδικασιών διαχείρισης κινδύνου και εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης. 
Ο Διευθυντής Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου αναφέρεται στο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της ΕΕΣΥΠ, μέσω της Επιτροπής Ελέγχου, από την οποία και εποπτεύεται.  
Στις αρμοδιότητες του Διευθυντή Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου περιλαμβάνονται τα κάτωθι:
A.Αναφορικά με την ΕΕΣΥΠ

Επικαιροποίηση της εταιρικής πολιτικής και διαδικασιών σε θέματα εσωτερικού ελέγχου.  
Κατάρτιση ετήσιου πλάνου δραστηριοτήτων, ανθρωποημερών και ετήσιου προϋπολογισμού για τις δραστηριότητες εσωτερικού ελέγχου, βασισμένων σε αξιολόγηση κινδύνων, τα οποία υποβάλλονται προς έγκριση στην Επιτροπή Ελέγχου και στο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο.  
Πραγματοποίηση περιοδικών, προγραμματισμένων ή και εκτάκτων ελέγχων στις οργανωτικές μονάδες της ΕΕΣΥΠ, η συχνότητα και το βάθος των οποίων καθορίζονται στο ετήσιο πλάνο δραστηριοτήτων.  
Έλεγχος της διαδικασίας χρηματοοικονομικής πληροφόρησης, περιλαμβάνοντας και τα σχετικά πληροφοριακά συστήματα. 
Επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς ελεγκτές, συμπεριλαμβανομένης όποιας ρυθμιστικής αρχής.  
Έγγραφη ενημέρωση, μία φορά τουλάχιστον το τρίμηνο, και εάν χρειαστεί και εκτάκτως, προς την Επιτροπή Ελέγχου και μέσω αυτής προς το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο, για τους διενεργούμενους ελέγχους, τα πορίσματα του ελέγχου και το βαθμό υλοποίησης των διορθωτικών ενεργειών που απεφάσισε η Διοίκηση.  

B.Αναφορικά με τις θυγατρικές της ΕΕΣΥΠ (17 εταιρείες, περιλαμβανομένων τριών εισηγμένων στο Χρηματιστήριο Αθηνών)

Συνεργασία με τις Μονάδες Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου των θυγατρικών της ΕΕΣΥΠ και παροχή οδηγιών, συστάσεων και υποστήριξης για την υιοθέτηση καλών / βέλτιστων πρακτικών, αναφορικά με τη λειτουργία του εσωτερικού ελέγχου.
Συνεργασία με τους Προέδρους των Επιτροπών Ελέγχου των θυγατρικών της ΕΕΣΥΠ με σκοπό την παροχή υποστήριξης στον ρόλο τους αναφορικά με την εποπτεία των Μονάδων Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου των θυγατρικών.
