Manages, coordinates and controls the operations of the accounting department in accordance with local law in order to achieve the objectives of the company and the Group.
Monitors local tax legislation and ensure its correct and optimal implementation.
Ensures the timely and correct publication of reports, collects the data for the balance sheet, processes them and promotes them to the relevant department.
Collaborates with the relevant Directorates of the parent company, handling issues such as the application of International Accounting Standards by the Group.
Develops and controls the correct application of the information systems and reports to be applied based on the instructions of the parent company, ensuring that any problems that arise are raised.
Maintains and controls the collection of data for the preparation of the five-year operational program and the annual budget of results and financial flows, monitors their monthly evolution, analyzes and justifies any discrepancies and intervenes in case of problems in order to provide solutions.
Checks monthly the company's reports regarding the correct implementation of the Group's policy cooperating closely with chartered auditors.
Ensures the management and development of the staff of the Financial Directorate according to the principles and policy of the Group.
In coordination with the relevant departments of the Group, coordinates and monitors the design and implementation of new information systems (ERP), site monitoring systems.
