 For our new dedicated PowerCARD Centre of Excellence in Athens we are currently are looking for a Systems Requirement Analystin order to strengthen our IT Development Department.

The jobholoder will be responsible for:

§Serving as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow
§Developing requirements specifications according to guidelines
§Understanding software development lifecycle and payments processing
§Taking part in sessions/ meetings in order to better understand business needs and be able to document them
§Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
§Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT organization, and manages changes to such requirements
§Working in cooperation with various teams in the IT organization such as developers, architects test analysts and project managers
§Performing additional job duties as required
§Working on moderately complex projects with moderate to high breadth of responsibility

Requirements:
§   At least 1 year of related experience preferable within the Banking industry
§   Bachelor’s Degree (a master’s Degree will be considered an advantage) on following subjects: Computer science/information technology, information management systems, business information systems,  electrical/electronic engineering, mathematics or science
§   Practical experience in business analysis and specifications for new or modified systems
§   Knowledge of the Card industry (Issuing, acquiring, POS, payment schemes) will be considered an asset 
§   Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
§   Excellent command of English language

The jobholder will be responsible for
 
§  Developing and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications
§  Working with Development and Business community to define the scope of testing required
§  Designing test cases in terms of functional checks described in the documentation relating to project to be tested
§  Participating in test planning, writing test design executions and preparing scripts of integration test execution
§  Testing may include system integration test, regression and user acceptance testing
§  Testing monitoring of test environment readiness, testing case execution and defect information
§  Designing, executing and validating stress test scenarios of high seasonal demand
  
Requirements

§Bachelor’s Degree/Certifications in Information Technology
§2+ years of related Technical experience
§Prior working experience in System Integration, Regression, & User Acceptance Testing
§Prior experience in Testing Visa & MasterCard simulator and knowledge of POS & Base24
§Previous IT development experience, preferably in the banking related sector (Core banking host systems, Issuing & Acquiring) will be considered as a plus
§Previous experience in card management systems and solutions, frameworks will be considered as an asset
§Prior programming experience using Java & Oracle technology stack and/or Cobol will be considered as a plus
§Knowledge and proven experience of MS SQL queries 
§Very good command of English language

Position’s duties and responsibilities

Identify, propose and implement upon consultation with IT and approval of the CCO new technology to improve contact centre effectiveness, experience and efficiency whilst ensuring legal and PCI compliance at all times. 
Prepares global reporting on Department’s productivity and performance by market/region of the world, reviews results, and identifies areas of improvement, designs, and implements mitigation actions, in order to ensure maximization of booked staterooms across multiple departure years.
Identifies, develops, implements and evaluates policies and procedures that improves operational efficiency and effectiveness of the global Contact Centre, including the most efficient and economic deployment of human and financial resources.
Develops, submits and upon approval implements the budget of the global Contact Centre, monitors its accurate execution, identifies cost saving opportunities and proposes corrective actions in case of deviations, in order to ensure compliance with pre-set targets and achievement of annual EBITDA.
Coordinates, coaches and motivates the global team, through the appropriate training, development, and performance management to ensure that colleagues have the appropriate knowledge, skills and support that will help them perform effectively and contribute to the achievement of the Department’s short and long-term objectives.
Coordinates with finance in Greece/Cyprus the processing of guest deposits/payments/refunds and other invoice processing/disputes.
Business development and marketing/e-commerce team support including but not limited to the handling, capture and follow-up of brochure orders and ensuring all opportunities are captured in Salesforce, RADAR or any other CRM environment.
Provide and arrange for strategic coaching and leadership to global Contact Centre agents to improve intra team communication and performance, and other training support as required i.e. product training, customer service skills training, etc.
Implement and improve team workflow communication tools to ensure information symmetry and enhance support for daily decision making
Create, manage and report on global contact centre incentive plans aligned to strategic goals. 
Lead or participate in special projects providing technical, business insights and recommendations
An active participant and contributor to the Commercial Committee whilst managing other business duties/projects as required and assigned
Encourage and incentivize pre-selling of additional revenue generating services i.e. Up-selling, , Special Occasion Packages; Travel Insurance, etc.
Create and manage the global staffing roster ensuring optimum service levels, global coverage and efficiency to achieve annual strategic business goals
