Description

Conducting property ownership titles research and preparing property acquisitions closing documents.
Undertake and manage ad hoc projects on behalf of the Legal Counsel.
Work closely with the Company’s team, as well as with external advisors and experts on a variety of legal issues.
Research, anticipate issues and consult with the Legal Counsel to guard Company against legal risks.
