Αρμοδιότητες και καθήκοντα:

• Προετοιμασία των συνεδριάσεων του διοικητικού συμβουλίου και των γενικών συνελεύσεων, καθώς και των εταιρικών εκδηλώσεων.
• Παροχή γραμματειακής υποστήριξης κατά τη διάρκεια των συνεδριάσεων τής Διοίκησης.
• Παροχή εκτελεστικής και διοικητικής υποστήριξης τής Διοίκησης.
• Επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς φορείς για τη διεκπεραίωση εταιρικών ζητημάτων και θεμάτων τής Διοίκησης.
• Διοργάνωση επαγγελματικών ταξιδιών τής Διοίκησης, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των πτήσεων, του ξενοδοχείου, ενοικιάσεων αυτοκινήτων, χρονοδιαγραμμάτων συναντήσεων κατά τη διάρκεια ταξιδιού.
• Παρακολούθηση και ανταπόκριση στις εισερχόμενες επικοινωνίες στο γραφείο τής Διοίκησης, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του τηλεφώνου.
• Σύνταξη εκθέσεων και παρουσιάσεων υψηλής ποιότητας.

Ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, εμπειρία και γνώσεις:
• Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ /TEI Οικονομικών σπουδών ή Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή παρεμφερές αντικείμενο.
• Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών απαραίτητη (προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία), επιθυμητή η γνώση και άλλων γλωσσών.
• Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ Ms Office: Ειδικά Excel Power User.
• Εμπειρία χρήσης ERP / CRM.
• Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση μεγάλων / πολυεθνικών οργανισμών.
