μεριμνά για τη λειτουργία του προγράμματος δρομολόγησης και την ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση των κατάλληλων μηχανισμών για την επίλυση προβλημάτων και βελτιστοποίηση της διανομής των παραγγελιών
παρακολουθεί τις διαφοροποιήσεις μεταξύ αρχικού πλάνου δρομολόγησης και τελικής πορείας παράδοσης των προϊόντων στους καταναλωτές
